Gamul Soraya is a vibrant and colorful dive site teeming with schooling reef fish, including butterflyfish, bannerfish, and more. The dive is centered around a large coral mountain, with the northeast side featuring several smaller towers adorned with stunning coral. The sandy bottom is home to a group of pipe eels, adding to the site’s unique charm. The pinnacles to the south are particularly captivating, covered in soft corals and surrounded by abundant marine life.
The pinnacles are draped in schools of butterflyfish, barbels, and groupers. The sandy bottom hosts a surprising number of scorpionfish, while batfish are often seen hovering nearby, ready to pose for photographers. Lionfish and groupers can be spotted hunting among the cracks filled with glassfish, making this dive site a true underwater spectacle.
